Quarries
Marble quarries are places where, for ages, marble is excavated and worked.
The extraction of marble has been a continuous becoming of real and dramatic histories through the centuries.
Among the ravines of the quarries and the steep ravaneti the heroism, the difficulties, the sacrifices of the quarrymen who, with tenacity and ability are still working on these mountains, are preserved.
